Notes
- Member and Non-Member Fees are inclusive of virtual participation to the Conference, Conference Workshops and Conference material.
- Reduced Member Fees are inclusive of virtual participation to the Conference, Conference Workshops and Conference materials. Reduced Fees are dedicated to delegates coming from eligible countries.
- Student member and Student non-member Fees are inclusive of virtual participation to the Conference, Conference Workshops and Conference materials.
Note: A student proof is required to be eligible for the respective registration fee. You can send your proof of student status after registration to info@easyconferences.org. This can be either a scanned, current Student ID or a letter from the Head of Department/Director of Doctoral School prepared on the note paper of the institution. You will then receive an email confirming the acceptance of your registration.

To offer a better experience for members, the EHPS membership database has been integrated with the conference registration system used for the EHPS conferences. You can now renew or purchase your EHPS membership through the Easy Conferences system.

Registration Steps
Registration is now open
Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or they may choose to pay through the bank. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is easy to use, secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book any additional services at specially negotiated conference rates.

After verifying, log in and register for the conference
Create Order
Create your order and settle it securely online
Please note that the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process in steps/periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book and pay for further services like accommodation (subject to availability). The system will accept unlimited changes/updates up to the closing of the online registration process before the start of the conference.
